8. Tutoring Bookings and Payments

• All bookings for 1-to-1 private sessions and group sessions must be made online.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.

• Liberation Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.

9. Tutoring Session Cancellations and Refunds

• For 1-to-1 Private Sessions:

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• For Group Sessions:

  • Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice before the first session of a block will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice before the first session of a block will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds will be given for missed group sessions once a block has commenced.

10. Pupil Conduct

• We expect all students to behave respectfully towards tutors and other students.

• Liberation Learning reserves the right to remove any pupil from a session if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Safeguarding & Tutors

• All Liberation Learning tutors are enhanced DBS checked and are experienced primary school teachers.

• We adhere to strict safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.

12. General Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury.

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.10

• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.11
